Kiosk Mode

Allow self-serve checkouts with the Kiosk mode.

What is Kiosk Mode?

Kiosk mode is an option in the Checkout app which allows consumers to self-checkout. Once enabled, only the cart feature to add products and checkout will be allowed. Consumers can add products via the scan or manual input features, then checkout with cash or credit card. They may also use the email receipt feature. All other features will be disabled in kiosk mode.

Enabling Kiosk Mode

To enable kiosk mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Download and install the app.

  2. Ask your administrator for a kiosk user login.

  3. Login to the app with your kiosk user.

  4. Kiosk mode will be automatically enabled.

Disabling Kiosk Mode

To log out from kiosk mode, swipe the FoodToken logo in the top header. You will be prompted to enter your password to exit kiosk mode.
